It depends on whether your tree is on Brisbane City Council's protected list or covered by a Vegetation Protection Order (VPO). Many standard suburban trees can be removed without a permit. We check VPO status as part of every quote — just ask.
Most residential jobs take half a day to a full day. A small ornamental tree can be done in 2–3 hours. A large eucalypt with tight access may take a full day with a team of three.
Stump grinding is quoted separately unless you ask for it to be included. Stumps are ground to 150–200mm below ground level. We quote both together so you can decide — most customers add stump grinding.
Yes. All timber is chipped and removed (or left as mulch on your lawn if you prefer). Site is broom-clean when we leave.
We carry $20M public liability insurance. We can provide a Certificate of Currency before work begins — just ask when booking.
