Fast response to storm-damaged and fallen trees. Insurance documentation available. Call 0474 011 120.
Brisbane's storm season runs roughly October to March, but severe storms can hit any month. When a tree or major branch comes down, the immediate priority is making the site safe β then dealing with the cleanup and any insurance process.
We attend storm-damaged trees across Brisbane's north and east. We can provide documentation for insurance claims, work with your insurer's assessors, and in most cases have the immediate hazard cleared within hours of attending.

Most home insurance policies cover removal of a fallen tree that has damaged an insured structure (house, fence, garage). They typically don't cover removal of a tree that fell on the lawn without damaging a structure. Check your policy and call your insurer before booking.
Yes. We can provide a written report and photos documenting the damage and removal work for your insurance claim. This is included for jobs where we attend storm damage.
For genuine hazards (tree on roof, blocked access), we prioritise same-day attendance during business hours. After a major storm event affecting multiple suburbs, response times may extend. We'll be honest about availability when you call.
Your neighbour is generally not liable for storm damage from their tree unless the tree was known to be dead or diseased before the storm. Your own insurer is usually the first point of contact. Council can sometimes assist with dispute resolution.
