Storm damage. Fallen tree on your roof. Call 0474 011 120 we attend genuine emergencies fast.
After a storm, the first priority is safety. A tree on a roof, a branch blocking the driveway, or a tree leaning at an angle it wasn't at yesterday these are genuine emergencies that need fast attention.
We attend real emergencies, not just things that can wait a week for a regular booking. If you're calling because a branch knocked your fence (but the fence is intact and there's no structural damage), we'll book you in the normal queue and be transparent about that. If there's a tree on your car or house, we come as soon as we can.
Energex for downed powerlinesIf a tree has taken down powerlines, call Energex immediately: 131 253. Do not approach downed lines under any circumstances. We cannot attend until Energex has made the area safe.
A genuine emergency is a tree or branch that has fallen onto a structure, is actively blocking access, or presents an imminent risk of doing so storm damage, root failure, or a tree leaning dangerously after heavy rain. Cosmetic damage (broken branches that haven't fallen, minor lean that predates the storm) is not an emergency.
We charge a callout fee for genuine after-hours emergency responses. For urgent jobs during business hours (Mon-Sat 7am-6pm), we prioritise them in the schedule but charge standard rates. We'll be clear about pricing before we come out.
Call your insurance company first to notify them and get a claim reference. Then call us on 0474 011 120. We can provide an emergency report and photos for your insurer if needed.
Yes. We operate Monday to Saturday 7am-6pm as standard. Genuine emergencies outside those hours may incur an after-hours callout fee.
The tree's ownership is determined by where the trunk is rooted, not where it fell. For boundary disputes, we recommend contacting your local council for guidance. We can do the physical removal regardless of the ownership question.
