Budget Tree Removal started because we saw homeowners getting stung either by uninsured operators with no qualifications, or by quotes that somehow doubled between the phone call and the invoice.
We set out to do it differently. Fixed quotes before work starts. Qualified arborists on every job. Insurance certificates available on request. Green waste removed, site left clean.
We focus on Brisbane's north and east suburbs like Chermside, Aspley, Hamilton, Morningside, and Coorparoo. Tight service area means we actually know the local council rules, the common tree species, and the access challenges that come up in each suburb.
In Queensland, anyone can call themselves a tree lopper. "Arborist" isn't a regulated title either — but the qualifications behind a genuinely certified arborist are specific and verifiable.
Our lead arborist holds AQF Level 5 (Diploma in Arboriculture). Every Brisbane City Council report we prepare meets BCC's qualification requirements.
If a tree on your property needs a council permit application, the report must be signed by a suitably qualified arborist (typically Level 5). Reports from unqualified operators are rejected by BCC, wasting your time and money. We get it right the first time.
Ask us for a Certificate of Currency before we start any job. It takes 10 seconds to send and confirms coverage type, amounts, and expiry. Any reputable arborist should be able to provide this immediately.

We check whether your tree is under a VPO. If a permit is needed, we handle the application. Approvals typically take 5–20 business days.
Jobs typically scheduled within 3–10 business days of approval. We start 7am–7:30am, confirm time the day before.
All timber chipped and removed (or left as mulch if you want). Site broom-clean before we leave.
